Nostalgia: an aching for the past or a longing for home, where the remembered is often filtered and reimagined. Vintage snapshots are by nature displaced when viewed in new settings and time frames. Combined with recycled ephemera, and suspended in water, they claim a new audience and gain a new history. The moments composed here are memories in a box – intimate narratives which are meant to be fluid and prone to perpetual redefinition.
